Step 1: Heat the griddle on High
Heat the Blackstone first. Put it on high and
let it heat up. This is an important step. If the pan is hot enough, the marshmallows will start toasting immediately. This makes cleanup easier as there is virtually no sticky residue.
Step 2: Prepare the Graham Crackers
While the pan is heating, prepare everything except the marshmallows. Have graham crackers and chocolate sandwiches ready. We like to prepare some with standard Hershey chocolate and some in Reese's peanut butter cups.
Step 3: Place marshmallows on a heated black stone
So once the Blackstone is hot, add the marshmallows. stay high. As mentioned in the first step, this will help reduce the stickiness left on the baking sheet. It cooks well even at a lower temperature, just stickier.
Step 4: Roll the Marshmallows
Once the marshmallows are on the baking sheet, start rolling them. Keep rolling them to brown all the edges. They usually take about 2 minutes to cook to our liking. Cook the marshmallows for as little or as long as you need.

How to Remove Marshmallows from your griddle?
Whether your marshmallows are sticky or not, cleanup is easy. Spray some water on the baking sheet while it is still hot. The water will start to cook off any food. Scrape food residue toward the grease trap. Just repeat the process until it looks clean. last spray A little oil (I use grapeseed oil) that you use to season the baking dish in place of the water. Scrape it off in the same way and re-season the pan.
